How do I process a Blog Post order?
Instruction Guide to Processing a Blog Post Order
Step 1 – Review Proposal & Select Sites
While reviewing your proposal, click the + sign for any of the sites that you would like to get new content/links placed on. The site will be added to your Post Queue, which is where you will be able to input all of the link and content details, as well as any instructions you would like to provide.
Step 2 – Post Queue
This is the place where you can input the Link & Content Details that you would like to see on each site that you are targeting. There are two sets of details that are needed before processing the order: Content Details and Link Details. Below, is a description of each item.
Content Creator Required
Choose who is creating/providing the Content. You have three options:
Vazoola: for an additional fee, we will create the content using our own in-house writers
Blogger: the site URL will display. If you choose this option, we will be asking the blogger to create the content. Keep in mind, the cost of getting the blog post will most likely change since most bloggers require a higher fee if they are required to create the content.
Content Library: If you are providing your own content, you will need to upload it to the Content Library, and you can pair each article with the targeted site from here. You can see this in the snapshot below. The Content Library is also where you will find any articles that you have created through Vazoola, but that were unused on previous orders. You can repurpose any of those articles on new orders.
If Vazoola is writing, determine Quality, Length, and Writer Instructions
Quality: two levels of quality
Premium: Highest quality writers, well-researched, unique titles and topics, in-depth resource linking. 3-5 business day turnaround on average.
Standard: Average quality writers, basic topics and concepts, resource linking, more cost-effective. 2-3 business day turnaround on average.
Length: Broken up into 100 word brackets, choose how many words you would like the article to be. The longer the article, the higher the price.
Writer Instructions: In this box, please provide any topic ideas, talking points to include/avoid, keywords to use, etc. that you would like the writer to be aware of. If you leave this blank, our writers will pick a trending topic that aligns with the publishing site, and will find a natural way to fit your link into the article.
Example Instructions: Please create an article that discusses the challenges a marketing team faces in performing there own influencer outreach versus the benefits of using an Influencer Marketing Company such as Vazoola. Be sure to include references to relevant case studies, and do not mention any competitors.
Review: if you would like to review the content before it is sent out to the blogger, make sure to check the box that says I need to review content before placement
Link Details Required
Link Text 1: same as Anchor Text, these are the keywords you would like to be hyperlinked
Destination URL 1: this is the landing page for your link. Make sure that you have http:// at the beginning of the URL, or you will not be able to proceed to Checkout.
Link Details Optional
Link Text 2: Anchor Text of a second link you are looking to include. Keep in mind, requiring more than one link increases the chances that the blogger will turn down the opportunity. Additionally, including two links to the same domain will look less natural and more promotional.
Destination URL 2: landing page for a second link
Instructions: In this box, please provide any Special Instructions you may have for the blogger. If you are having Vazoola create the content, or you are providing an article, you do not have to do anything here unless you have other requirements such as asking the blogger to include some internal links within the post or recommending that the post is placed on a specific category page. That said, if you are asking the blogger to create the content, this is where you would enter in any writer instructions.
Must be Do-Follow links/Must be No-Follow links: if you require a certain type of link, please check the applicable box. If you do not check a box, we will not be able to guarantee it will be one or the other.
