Q: What are the stages of Placements?

The typical stages for placements are: <ul> <li>Content – once an order has been processed, and before the placement can go live, content will need to generated and approved</li> <li>Pending – once content has been approved, and we are awaiting the completed placement, it falls in the pending stage.</li> <li>Placed – any completed blog, social, or video placement.</li> <li>** Missed Opportunity** – anytime we are unable to complete a placement on the target blog, social, or video channel, we consider that as a missed opportunity.</li> </ul>

Step 1 – Review Proposal & Select Sites

While reviewing your proposal, click the + sign for any of the sites that you would like to get new content/links placed on. The site will be added to your Post Queue, which is where you will be able to input all of the link and content details, as well as any instructions you would like to provide.

Step 2 – Post Queue

This is the place where you can input the Link & Content Details that you would like to see on each site that you are targeting. There are two sets of details that are needed before processing the order: Content Details and Link Details. Below, is a description of each item.

Choose who is creating/providing the Content. You have three options:

Vazoola: for an additional fee, we will create the content using our own in-house writers Blogger: the site URL will display. If you choose this option, we will be asking the blogger to create the content. Keep in mind, the cost of getting the blog post will most likely change since most bloggers require a higher fee if they are required to create the content. ** Content Library:** If you are providing your own content, you will need to upload it to the Content Library, and you can pair each article with the targeted

What is a Bounty?

A Bounty is an open offer sent out to a group of blog, social, and/or video influencers that meet specific qualifying factors set by you. Qualifying factors could be niche relevancy, traffic or follower minimums, search metric minimums, and more.

In addition to qualifying factors, you can set the total budget and number of placements needed. This gives you, the user, control over your average price per placement, while also ensuring that the influencers completing your job, meet your standards. Additionally, it gives you the opportunity to place your offer in front of influencers that would typically charge more for completing the proposed job, and securing he/she for a lower price.

Bounties are handled on a first come, first serve basis. In other words, if you are looking to get ten blog placements completed, and the offer is sent out to 50 bloggers that meet your qualifications, the job details will be provided to the first ten that accept it.

If you have Marketplace and Bounty access, you can choose to create your own list of influencers to send the offer to, providing an additional level of control.

How do I request a Proposal?

If you have a Managed or Free account, you can Request Proposals for any Active Campaigns. To request a proposal, go to the Campaigns page, scroll over the campaign you would like to request a proposal for, and click on Request Proposal. You will be brought to a new page where you can provide the services needed, budget, requirements, and any other important information that will help us to provide a detailed proposal.

A placement is our wording for any completed job, whether it be a blog, social, or video post. A placement signifies that the post has been published according to the agreed upon instructions, and is currently live.

How do I download a list of my Placements?

You can export a .csv spreadsheet of all of your placements by going to the Placements page for a specific campaign, and clicking Export to a CSV right below the progress bar.
